PRICING AND WHAT TO EXPECT

You can look forward to upon arrival:

  • A brief written interview regarding your health followed by a discussion on your case history...I allot up to 15 minutes for this initial discussion which the client does not pay for.
  • One hour of the highest quality bodywork and exercise instruction, the majority of it focused on opening up the energy lines of your specific condition.
  • Gentle to aggressive passive stretching, depending on your individual needs.

You can expect the first session to last up to 75 minutes, depending on how long it takes for me to analyze your history of injury. I do not charge you for this time while you are explaining your history to me, only the time that we are specifically working on your condition.

Treatment consists of range of motion and strength tests, massage, and exercise instruction for your specific condition. At the end of your first session, I will give you an estimate of how long it will take to treat and correct the condition you have identified as being problematic.

The estimate is my best guess and not a guarantee.

This first session is designed to start the healing process safely of any structural asymmetries and injuries that you have at present. You will feel improvements in range of motion as well as a deep sense of relaxation in the injured area.

You also will most probably feel sore the day after, perhaps two. The soreness felt is your body beginning to heal itself. Healing and soreness go hand in hand.

To analyze, treat, and any one of these regions of the body during your first session takes approximately one hour:

  • Neck, Shoulders, Low Back and Arms
  • Lower Back, Hips and Legs

One of these sessions is regularly priced at $180/hour, but it will discounted on the first treatment to $120 for one hour treatment plus the 15 minute case history discussion.

As stated previously, if you are not in any way happy with your treatment, you don't have to pay me.

At the end of your first session, we will know much more about your body's individual needs. At that point, I can make specific suggestions as to what your best course of action may be with respect to additional bodywork and/or Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Kung Fu exercises to help strengthen you and further correct any imbalances in your body.

Please email me to set up an appointment or to make inquiries. I prefer using email to book introductory appointments so there is no misunderstandings about what time and where to meet. There is information I need to send you along with the email confirmation, so this is the most efficient way to set up your first appointment.

Thank you,

Daniel Carr
